Once the details are confirmed, a deposit secures your date and allows us to begin preparing your service plan and ingredients.

Service Details

To protect freshness, timing, and service quality, we confirm key details in advance so your event feels smooth, organized, and effortless.
FINAL DETAILS
Guest count, menu selections, event time, and location should be confirmed 7 days before the event. Late changes may be limited depending on staffing, ingredient availability, and service preparation.
Confirmation
Once your quote is approved and the deposit is received, your event date is reserved. We’ll confirm the key details in advance so your menu, timing, and service plan are clearly prepared.
Deposit and Cancellation
A 50% deposit reserves your event date. Deposits are fully refundable 30+ days before the event, 50% refundable 15–29 days before, and non-refundable within 15 days. Rescheduling may be available.
Food Safety
For best quality and food safety, sushi should be enjoyed during the scheduled service window. Any leftovers or food taken off-site after service are handled at the host’s discretion and are outside our standard service responsibility.
